Electric bikes

Shipping is available to all states and territories in Australia. As all electric bikes are shipped with batteries (lithium-ion) the freight is classed as dangerous goods. This means that the freight requires extra care which means higher charges are levied
for its transport.

For all electric bikes transported out of Melbourne, we use Direct Freight. For stock transported out of Brisbane the courier company is selected by Pack Centre and is dependent on freight location. Only specialist freight companies are selected that deal with dangerous goods as many carriers do not offer this service.

Shipping times will vary depending on location. For all Melbourne stock general delivery times are 7-10 working days. This is because the order processing time is a little slower due to a delay for payment processing time to the manufacturer. For all
Brisbane stock delivery time is 3-7 working days. For all orders you will be provided with a tracking link which will provide you with regular updates on your order.

Accessories

Shipping is available to all states and territories in Australia. We primarily use Australia Post general delivery service. Allow 3-7 working days to receive goods sent from stock in Australia. For any stock from overseas allow 14-21 working days. We will provide you with tracking links for all orders. Where possible we hold stock in Brisbane to speed up delivery times.

Shipping Fees

Shipping of ebikes to most destinations is free except NT & WA that are $99 (including the dangerous goods charge) for each customer order however this is an estimate only. Destinations that are remote to Brisbane eg. Western Australia, Darwin etc. and rural areas can attract higher freight charges however we cap these charges at $400 unless special circumstances apply. We take extra care when packing your electric bike and do our best to protect it should it experience rough handling whilst in transit.

Important delivery advice

It is the buyer's responsibility to obtain insurance for goods in transit. We strongly advise you to obtain insurance for valuable items.

Please do not accept delivery from the courier if you judge that the package and contents have been damaged. Please do not sign for a package as damaged even if the driver asks you to do so. Signing for damage often voids any liability of the shipping company and will also void the insurance covering that consignment.

Payment prior to despatch

Full payment of the goods is required prior to despatch. This includes any delivery fees if applicable.

Payments

We offer a wide array of payment options including credit, debit card, PayPal, Afterpay and Zip. We do not accept American Express.

Refund & Returns

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement item if you change your mind after your make a purchase. Our policy is:

  • We do not provide refunds or returns for change of mind on electric bicycles, sale and financed items after 30 days.
  • We do not provide refunds or returns for change of mind on accessories after 7 days. This is from date of purchase.
  • We do not refund delivery fees.
