Installation video is provided on AIR 20 YouTube channel or AEI YouTube channel. For rear rack installation it requires 4 bolts to fit it to the frame of the ebike. Tools are also provided. Be sure however to only loosely tighten each bolt as the final bolt will require some manipulation of the rear rack to get it to fit.
For the rear fenders the tyre needs to be fully deflated in order to fit. This isn't an easy task and the video does not show the difficulty of installing the final bolt. For some customers it may be better to get the reseller or a local ebike store to fit the rear fenders as it is quite challenging.
